Refund Policy
- To maintain fairness and manage scheduling, appointments for Single Readings (1,500) and pure Counselling (2,200) must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the session time.
- The multi-session Clarity Journey package (5,400 for 4 sessions) requires significant scheduling and continuous support. Once the first session has commenced, the entire bundle becomes fully non-refundable.
- The introductory 20-minute consultation is offered completely free of cost to gauge compatibility. Because no commercial transaction takes place, it is ineligible for any claims, value transfers, or compensation.
- Cancellations made within the standard 24-hour window, or failure to attend an online/in-person session without prior notice, will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee without a refund.
- All sessions bundled under the multi-session Clarity Journey must be fully utilized within 60 days from the initial booking date. Unused sessions past this timeline will expire automatically.
- Approved administrative cancellations or duplicate billing corrections will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days, depending on partner banking networks.
